CHILI CON QUESO 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. med. hot taco or picante sauce
1 (4 oz.) peeled green chilies
1 (9 oz.) can cut tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos

Place butter, Worcestershire, onion, chilies, picante sauce, tomatoes (cut fine) and tomato juice in pan. Simmer until slightly thick. Melt cheese over low heat until soft and stringy. Mix together and serve with chips.
