EASY CON QUESO 
1 can black-eyed peas (mashed)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 can green chilies (diced)
1 can chili with beans
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt

Bake at 350 degrees until well melted. Serve with chips.
