MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 (4 oz.) taco sauce
2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. Doritos, crushed

Fry ground meat and onions. Remove any grease. Stir remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Pour 1/2 of mixture into an 11 x 14 inch casserole. Add 1/2 of cheese and Doritos, then remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese and chips. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
