MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag Doritos, Monterey Jack flavor
5-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. milk
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Cherry pepper to taste

Boil chicken, crush Doritos. Place 1/2 of bag in large casserole dish. Place bite size pieces of chicken in dish. Prepare soups, sour cream, milk, and pepper. Blend them together. Pour half of mixture over first 2 layers. Place final layer of chips. Pour the rest of soup mixture over chips. Cover with grated cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes more.
