CHICKEN & WILD RICE 
Raw bacon
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1/2 c. wild rice
Breast of chicken, skinned (# needed)
UNCLE BEN'S® seasoning (from rice box)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Layer bottom of casserole or baking pan with raw bacon. Layer rice and additional wild rice over bacon. Lay the chicken breasts over rice. Sprinkle UNCLE BEN'S® seasoning over chicken. Add one can mushroom soup and one can water; mixed. Bake at 250-300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, covered with foil. Do not peek.

I've been making this recipe for years and it is a winner every time. I have never added the extra 1/2 cup of wild rice but will do so from here on out. I do not add water. I use 3 cans of cream of something soup (usually 2 cans celery and 1 can cream of chicken) because I like the casserole more saucy. You can experiment with this one and not be worried.
