CHICKEN & WILD RICE | |
Raw bacon 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice 1/2 c. wild rice Breast of chicken, skinned (# needed) UNCLE BEN'S® seasoning (from rice box) 1 can mushroom soup 1 can water Layer bottom of casserole or baking pan with raw bacon. Layer rice and additional wild rice over bacon. Lay the chicken breasts over rice. Sprinkle UNCLE BEN'S® seasoning over chicken. Add one can mushroom soup and one can water; mixed. Bake at 250-300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, covered with foil. Do not peek. |
