BLACK EYED PEAS SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
2 (16 oz. each) cans black eye peas, drained
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat (drain). Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir often.
