HOT AND SPICY BLACK-EYED PEAS 
2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, undrained
1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. hot taco sauce

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
