3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie mix

Mix and beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. Add to soda crackers and nuts. Mix well and spread on well greased cookie sheet or 2 pie pans.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. Cool well. Add cherry pie filling and Cool Whip.
