MAMA'S LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. oil (Crisco - Wesson)
1 box (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Grease and flour tube cake pan. Mix Jello in the cake mix. Add oil, nectar and lemon extracts. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.

Mix juice of a lemon, 1 stick butter and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread or glaze cake while warm.
