6 c. any 4 firm vegetables, cleaned, unpeeled, and cut into equal size chunks (broccoli, carrots, celery, potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, etc.)
Seasoned salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
Freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. bread crumbs
12/ c. or more grated Cheddar cheese
