BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
16 oz. pkg. broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. water
3 heaping tsp. cornstarch
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli as package directions say, adding salt. Melt butter, stir onion flakes into butter, add to cooked broccoli, stir cornstarch into water and add to cooked broccoli. Cooking on low heat stir in chicken soup and water. Add milk and cheese. After cheese is melted. Ready to eat!
