CHINESE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced celery
2 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Toasted English muffins or toast
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion, green pepper, and celery together. Add chili beans and chili powder. Drain bean sprouts, saving 1/2 of liquid. Stir bean sprouts into chili mixture. Add liquid. Heat to just below boiling point.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over toast or toasted English muffin. Can be eaten from bowl. May add water if too thick.
