CHINESE FRUIT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. dates
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
8 c. pecans

Cut fruit coarsely. Add one cup flour over fruit and nuts. Add other ingredients. Mix and cook 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees. Makes 2 bundt cakes. Cook in oven at same time.
