COUNTRY BEAN AND HAM SOUP 
3 c. milk
3 c. canned northern beans
1 1/2 c. chopped, smoked ham
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Heat the milk under low heat, stir in the beans, smoked ham, as well as the parsley and nutmeg. Simmer for approximately 25-35 minutes.
