2-MINUTE FUDGE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa (to taste)

Prepare buttered dish ready before fudge is done cooking. Cook butter, sugar and milk to bubbly boil, turn heat down to low and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla and peanut butter and cocoa, mix with mixer on high speed until cocoa blends in good. Pour in buttered shallow dish or plate. Fast and easy for kids to eat.
