DOUBLE BROWNIE PUDDING 
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. shortening

1/2 c. brown sugar or white 2 tbsp. cocoa 3/4 c. boiling water

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, 1/3 cup sugar; add 1 tablespoon cocoa. Add milk, shortening and vanilla; mix only until smooth. Pour into greased small baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Then pour boiling water over top of batter. Bake in 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 1/2 to 1 hour.
