BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Mix together first 5 ingredients, add milk, salad oil and vanilla. Mix till smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
