SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
8 fresh mushrooms, diced
1 can water chestnuts
tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken
2 boiled eggs, diced

Dressing:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and store dressing overnight. Pour over vegetables just before serving.
