3 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. sugar 1 small pkg. dates, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla 2 to 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies 2 c. coconut nuts (if desired) Melt butter in pan. Add beaten eggs, sugar and chopped dates. Mix together and cook until dates are soft. Add vanilla, Rice Krispies and nuts. Mix. Make into balls and roll in coconut. Set in refrigerator. These freeze well! |
