TEXAS BRISKET 
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
Liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
Barbeque sauce

Sprinkle trimmed brisket with celery, garlic and onion salt. Rub generously with liquid smoke. Wrap tight in foil and refrigerate over night. Before baking brush with Worcestershire sauce. Cook wrapped in foil. Bake at 275 degrees 4 hours for 4 to 6 lb. brisket. 5 hours for 7 to 8 lbs. Pour off liquid and spread with barbeque sauce. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
