SALMON FETTUCCINE | |
6 oz. fettuccine 3/4 lb. salmon 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. low fat (1%) milk 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper Salt 1 c. frozen peas 2 scallions, sliced 1 rib celery, sliced 1 tbsp. chopped dill Dill sprig, for garnish Cook fettuccine. Place salmon in shallow 2 quart casserole cover cook on high in microwave 4 to 5 minutes. Cut into 3/4 pieces. Melt butter, whisk in flour and milk. Cook on high. Add salmon and next 8 ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes drain pasta toss with sauce. |
