PECAN CRISP 
1 egg white
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves

Beat egg white until frothy, but not stiff. Add sugar and stir. Add flavoring and nuts, covering pecans with mixture. Grease cookie sheet and drop pecans on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool and separate into clusters.
