NO WORRY CHICKEN CURRY 
5-6 pieces cut up chicken
8 slices bacon
2 onions, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. applesauce
1 c. milk
4 tsp. curry powder
5 tbsp. tomato paste
Raisins
Green pepper slices

Fry bacon in 2 pans, 4 slices in each. Remove bacon and fry chicken (floured and salted) in one pan.

Make sauce of onions, celery, applesauce, milk, curry powder and tomato paste. Place chicken in single layer baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with raisins and green pepper slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
