1 qt. strawberries 1 c. sugar 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. butter Pour boiling water over strawberries in colander. In pan put strawberry; add 1 cup sugar and boil 2 minutes. Add 2 cups sugar and boil 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add 1 teaspoon butter. Cool, stir and store. | |
