HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
sliced potatoes
sliced onions
sliced hot dogs
1 can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper

All amounts can be varied according to taste.

Into a greased casserole put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions and add a layer of hot dogs. Repeat layer of potatoes and onions. Pour tomatoes over top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter.

Bake at 325°F, covered, until potatoes and onions are well done.
