CANNING FRUITS WITHOUT SUGAR 
For apricots and peaches use equal parts of pineapple and apple juice.

For pears, equal parts of orange and pineapple juice.

Cherry and prune plums, equal parts of apple and grape juice.

Follow usual procedure for cold packing fruits, except using unsweetened fruit juice. Combining the two juices together mutes their flavor so that the fruits own flavor predominates.
