MINUTE STEAK STEW | |
4 cube or minute steaks 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. chopped onion 6-8 sm. potatoes, cooked or canned 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. mixed peas and carrots (canned or cooked) Cut steak into 1 inch strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roll the steak strips in flour mixture. Heat butter in skillet until bubbly and add the meat. Brown on both sides. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover skillet. Simmer 10 minutes. 3 to 4 servings. |
