MOCK CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice or ReaLemon
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham cracker pie shell
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add other ingredients while beating. Pour into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with pie filling.
