OVERNIGHT QUICHE 
8 slices of bread
6 to 8 eggs
3 c. milk
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. of bacon, fried
1 can of mushrooms

Cut crust off bread and line bottom of 9 by 13 pan with bread slices. Beat eggs and milk, pour over bread. Sprinkle cheese over top. Crumble fried bacon over top and add mushrooms. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
