LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter

Mix well. Pat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Prepare filling while crust is baking.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. lemon juice
Powdered sugar for top

Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot crust. Bake 20 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
