PANCAKES - CHOLESTEROL FREE 
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. uncooked hot oat bran cereal
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix in medium bowl.

Beat with electric mixer until stiff. 1 c. skim milk

Mix together. Add to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Cook on griddle. Makes 16 pancakes. 46 calories, 1 gram fat, 0 mil. cholesterol, 102 milligrams sodium.
