1 pkg. of chocolate cake mix (without pudding)
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. INSTANT pudding (chocolate fudge)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. With electric hand mixer beat the first 3 ingredients. Fold in cherry pie filling, bake 30 to 35 minutes. When cake is cool ice. Beat together last 3 ingredients.
