MEAT BALLS WITH SMOKEY SAUCE 
3 lb. ground beef
2 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 med. onion, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (more if desired)

Mix all ingredients well and make into large balls. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Add sauce and bake for 30 minutes more. Watch closely.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tbsp. minced dry onion
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

If desired, freeze without sauce - thaw before baking. Makes 32 meat balls.
