PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 lb. fresh sauerkraut
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
Water

In large pot put sauerkraut. Sprinkle in caraway seeds and mix. Lay pork chops on top of sauerkraut and cover ingredients with water. Cook for 1 hour, after bring water to a boil.

Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce.
