JIFFY BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE | |
2 qt. heavy pan Makes 2 cups. 2/3 c. corn syrup 2/3 c. evaporated milk Put in sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full all-over boil. About 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool until hand can be held comfortably on bottom on pan. Stir in evaporated milk. Serve warm or cold over ice cream, cake or pudding. |
