1 stick butter
1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix butter, 1 egg and yellow cake mix. Press into 9"x13" cake pan that has been greased and floured. Mix 3 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar, blending well. Smooth on top of first mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
