LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients in a bowl, beat for 2 minutes. Bake in a greased floured tube pan, for 55 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool for 25 minutes then invert onto serving platter. Serve plain or with glaze. Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar with 2 tablespoons on lemon juice and drizzle on cake.
