CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
4 sticks butter
4 1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream cheese and butter. Add flour, salt, and pepper; blend well. Use desired shape and force through cookie press. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Makes 8-10 dozen.
