CHINESE SALAD 
1 sm. head raw cabbage, chopped as for cole slaw
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Pkg. of beef or chicken Ramen noodle soup

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flavoring packet from Ramen noodles

Mix dressing ingredients. Combine cabbage, onion, and dressing. Refrigerate. Brown 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds and 1/2 cup almonds. Just before serving, add the seeds, almonds and uncooked, crumbled Ramen noodles.
