BBQ RELISH 
4 green sweet peppers
4 med. size onions
4 qts. ground cucumbers

Mix all together in a large pan and sprinkle 1/4 cup salt over the top. Let stand for 4 hours then drain. Heat together:

1 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard (ground)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
4 c. sugar

Simmer through and can while hot. NOTE: Measure cucumbers after grinding. If you use real big cucumbers, I remove the seeds.
