PEPPER STEAK 
1 round steak
1 stick butter
Sprinkle garlic powder
Medium chopped onion
1 green pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
2 cans of tomato sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Brown strips of meat and onion in butter. Sprinkle to taste with garlic. Add tomato sauce and beef bouillon, simmer at least 1 hour. 1/2 hour before done add green peppers. 5 minutes before done add last ingredients to mixture and simmer until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
