CHILI PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 boned chicken
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 doz. corn meal tortillas, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients together. Put in large baking dish or two 1 1/2 quart size. Top with 1/2 pound grated mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen for later date.
