CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. sauteed celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can evaporated milk
5 oz. chow mein noodles
Pimento (optional)
Water chestnuts (optional)

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Reserve a few noodles to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
