BEEF, CHEESE AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
2 lb. ground beef
40 oz. meatless spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Salt
1 lb. thin noodles, cooked
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Seasoning salt

Cook onion in oil until golden; add meat and brown. Add spaghetti sauce and salt. Simmer 15 minutes. In 3 quart casserole, put half of noodles; top with half of sauce. Make the second layer. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
