COCONUT CAKE 
1 box of cake mix, white, yellow or lemon
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 sm. carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) cream of coconut

Mix all ingredients well and bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Blend cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla. Sprinkle coconuts on top. Very good.
