RENEE'S FRUIT COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg (optional)
3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. chopped pecans
6 c. sliced apples or peaches

Beat butter, honey and sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour, cinnamon and water until smooth and thick. Stir in nuts. Mound fruit in a pan. Spoon nut topping over fruit in dollops. Bake on lowest rack of oven 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Tastes great "ala mode."
