APPLE BARS 
Top with Frosting:

1 Tsp butter
2 tsp milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Crust:

1 egg yolk + milk to make 1/3 c, save egg white

Mix together for crust. Divide in half. Roll out half for bottom crust, place in pan.

Spread evenly on Crust:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
8 peeled, sliced apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Place top crust on and brush with egg white.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
