RHUBARB TART 
Mix well with a fork:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 tsp. sugar

Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

TART:

Mix together:

5 c. rhubarb, sliced thin
4 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Pour into crust and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees until set.

MERINGUE:

Beat egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar until flossy-stiff peaks. Spread over tart and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
