RHUBARB COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well and add 2 cups chopped rhubarb. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter

Mix and spread over top of cake. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 325 to 350 degree oven.
