PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
24 paper cupcake liners 24 vanilla wafers 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 21 oz. cherry pie filling Line muffin pans, place vanilla wafer in each. Beat together until light and fluffy cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Chill. |
